For cafes wishing to sell fresh juice and milk who are busy or dissatisfied with the costs, mess and waste associated with making their own, our juices and kinds of milk are fresh, cold-pressed and non-heat treated.
Once our delicious juice and milk are cold-pressed and bottled, we then put it through High-Pressure Pasteurisation. Microbes and pathogens cannot live in this high-pressure environment. This amazing process gives us a 10-week shelf life on juices and 3 weeks on our milk and retains the precious nutrients from the raw fruit and veggies. We never have to add preservatives or heat to treat our products.
