Baked by Cookie Lovers, for Cookie Lovers. Byron Bay Cookies’ unique style and flavour draws inspiration from the idyllic coastal town of Byron Bay, nestled at Australia’s most easterly point.
It all started in 1990 in a small country farmhouse in the hinterland of Byron Bay. With an old family recipe in hand, we started experimenting with local ingredients like macadamia nuts to bake cookies for local markets under the name ‘Pickles, Pies & Petticoats’. Soon enough locals started referring to them as “the cookies from Byron”… and so the Byron Bay Cookie Company was born.
